At Crown&Cub, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations are accepted.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately with:
- Order Number
- Registered Email / Phone Number

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- the order has already been shipped
- the order is out for delivery
- the order has been delivered
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines:
- Online Payments: 5–7 business days
- Wallet/UPI: 3–5 business days
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before dispatch, no refund is required as no payment has been collected.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.
5. Cancellation by Crown&Cub
Crown&Cub reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- product unavailability
- payment authorization failure
- incorrect pricing
- suspected fraudulent activity
- incomplete customer information
If a prepaid order is cancelled by Crown&Cub, a full refund will be initiated.
6. Refund Communication
Customers will be notified via email or phone once the cancellation is confirmed and refund is initiated.
