1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- the product is damaged
- the product is defective
- the wrong item was delivered
- size mismatch (if applicable)
To be eligible for return:
- item must be unused
- item must be in original packaging
- tags must be intact
- return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- innerwear
- hygiene-related products
- customized items
- items marked as non-returnable
- products damaged after use
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Email us at support@crownandcub.com
- Share your order number
- Mention the reason for return
- Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
After review, our team will confirm the return process.
4. Reverse Pickup
If reverse pickup service is available in your location, we will arrange pickup.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product.
In approved cases, return shipping reimbursement may be provided.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- refund approval will be notified via email
- refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refund timelines:
- Online Payments: 5–7 business days
- COD Orders: Bank transfer within 5–7 business days
6. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be denied if:
- product is used
- tags are removed
- return request is made after allowed period
- damage is caused by misuse
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size/product is unavailable, refund will be issued instead – refer to Refund Terms & Conditions
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
